If your children are too young to walk then you could push them in their buggy or stick them in a child backpack. That way they can enjoy the sights and scenery as much as you do. There may be local country parks with reservoirs or lakes filled with wildlife, making this a wonderful opportunity to teach your children about nature.
Swimming
While you may not think of this one as a hobby, it certainly can be one. If you have a local pool that you all enjoy then you could find yourself down there multiple times a week. If your children aren’t able to swim yet then you could get them swimming lessons or you could find the joy in teaching them yourself. It can be a wonderful bonding experience watching your child learn to swim, knowing you taught them everything they know. Finally, think about painting and all the age groups that can enjoy this activity together. Little ones start painting as soon as they can dip their fingers in it, this is known as mark making and can be such a fun activity.
