YES, YOU CAN DRESS SEXY!

Even if you have an excellent body (by conventional standards) remember that less is always more when it comes to showing off your body. Exposing just a tiny bit of skin is far more exciting than letting it all hang out, which leaves very little to the imagination, and this, of course, is boring.

Balance is key

Always coordinate a revealing neckline with a longer hemline. The opposite is also true – if you want to reveal your legs, cover up your chest. Using this trick creates balance and visual harmony, which makes for a much more appealing overall appearance.

If you like wearing tighter clothing, make sure that it doesn’t reveal too much skin. Conversely, if you want to show more skin, take care that your garments are not too tight. Sexy dressing means committing to one or the other, but both is too much.

Don’t sweat it

There is not a single person who doesn’t like feeling sexy once in a while. The catch is not to try too hard, but there is a lot of help available, so there’s no need for you to feel isolated in your journey. Once you get the hang of it, you’ll be able to effortlessly pull off casual, sexy dressed looks without breaking a sweat. Did you know that you can even change up your sexy appearance by changing small details like how you part your hair? Centre partings create an informal, “neighbourhood gal” look, while a side parting is crucial to creating a more sophisticated look.

Stay within your size

For goodness sake, don’t wear anything that is too large or too small for you if you are trying to dress sexy! Clothing that is too large will make you look frumpy, while too small clothing will make you look trashy. Clothing that flatters your figure and well-fitting clothing is often the same thing. You don’t want to hide, but you don’t want to look shoehorned into an outfit either. Choose clothing in the right size that accentuates your natural best features.

Draw focus to the right places

Sexy arms are excellently accentuated by sleeveless tops, while a good-looking back is flattered by dresses and even tops that have low-cut backs. Great legs look even better in short skirts and dresses. A few more smart swaps will have you well on your way to reusing your existing wardrobe in a different way: wear slimming turtlenecks in dark colors rather than bulky sweaters and go for form-fitting V-necks instead of baggy t-shirt. Even though these changes are small, they’ll go a long way in helping you achieve a sexy-dressed look.

If you are still in doubt, go in for the kill by donning a pair of stilettos. They will elongate your legs and give you endless confidence. If the heel doesn’t fit properly, you will battle to walk properly, so make sure you’re up for the challenge before you buy! Finally, never forget to keep the alternating balance of conservative and flashy between the top and bottom halves of your body, to make sure your outfit makes sense, visually.
