We’ve got a Christmas tree up! I can’t believe I’ve written that in November but last week saw us buy a new tree (that did not want to fit in the car!) and rather than leave it to be climbed all over, we’ve assembled it. It feels a bit early but we’re rolling with it!
This week we’ve had lots of family time. From time with my parents and sister through to a big family get together for Dave’s side of the family, Monday has come as a bit of a relief. It’s been lovely though to see the little ones running around like crazy. That and let other people wear the toddler out for once. On Sunday we went to the beach for a family breakfast and a wander. It’s one of our favourite places to go, I think someone’s inherited our love of it as well… he constantly wants to explore the pebbles and dive in the sea. This was taken by Dave whilst the boys had some time outside, meanwhile I was tucked up inside in the warm enjoying my hot chocolate and a good chinwag… PERFECTION!

That is a lovely photograph. We love the beach too! #LivingArrows
Thank you!
Oh my goodness he is just delicious! What a great picture. I think my two would live at the beach if we were closer, they just love it no matter what the weather. I can’t believe you have your tree up already though!! #LivingArrows
We are SO lucky to be nearby, I think we probably end up there most weekends! Although it’s usually the breakfasts that drag me away from my nice warm bed at this time of year!
Perfect Sunday. I saw your Instagram post too, looked amazing ????
oi moderate my comment :/
It was! Well, that and the little mid-afternoon nap we all took!
We have a Christmas tree up too, purely for work, honest 😉 But, tbh, so many people seem to have trees up already I don’t really see it as an issue now. He is getting so big and he looks so cute all windswept on the beach! x
It seems to be really early this year – I love it!!
Sounds like the perfect Sunday. If we weren’t getting a real tree this year I think I would have ours up by now. Christmas items are slowly starting to appear around the house.
I love that ours went up a little early, it feels so much more festive!!
Lovely photo, and his jumper is gorgeous! My two both love the beach too, regardless of the time of year, it must be in the genes I think! x #LivingArrows
Ahh thank you, a NEXT classic!
We never seem to think of visiting the beach at this time of year, but we should! I love his jumper and all the colours. It’s nice to have a bit of a break when the family visits isn’t it?
I love the beach at this time of year – it’s always so much more manageable and quiet! You can let them run wild!!
